We stand behind RAW4MEN. If you're not happy, here's exactly how it works.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@raw4men.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange your refund. To keep it fair for everyone, a few conditions apply:

  • Email us first for approval and return instructions. Do not send anything back without authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
  • Return the product to us at your own cost, using a tracked service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, and return postage is not refundable.
  • Once we receive it, we'll refund the price of the product (excluding original and return delivery) within 5–10 business days.
  • The guarantee covers one refund per customer.

2-Tube Bundles & Multi-Tube Orders
Our guarantee is designed to let you try RAW4MEN — not use it all. If your order included more than one tube (for example the 2-Tube Bundle) and you'd like a refund:

  • You're welcome to open and try one tube.
  • Any remaining tube(s) must be returned unopened, with the seal intact.
  • Once we receive the sealed tube(s), we'll refund your order in line with the guarantee above.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used tubes beyond the one you tried cannot be resold, and so cannot be refunded.

This keeps the guarantee genuine for customers who want to try RAW4MEN, while keeping it fair for us.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@raw4men.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

R4M Club Subscriptions
Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account — no fees. Cancelling stops future orders. Tubes already dispatched are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

Return Address
We'll provide the return address once your return is approved. Please do not send items to our registered office, as returns cannot be received there.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
